1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all digital services provided by Megatekton via our website (https://megatekton.org), including 3D modeling and hosting services for real estate properties. As we deal exclusively in digital products, no physical items are eligible for return.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- Product Not Delivered: If the digital product (3D model) is not delivered or uploaded as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If there is a technical problem with the delivered product that prevents its use, and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or corrections provided by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Compliance: If the final 3D model significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications or requirements, and we are unable to rectify the issue, a refund may be issued.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer need or want the digital product after delivery.
- Completed Work: If the product has been delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications and no technical issues exist, refunds will not be provided.
- Improper Use: If the product cannot be used due to issues on your end (e.g., improper system requirements, user error), no refund will be granted.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Assessment of the Request: Our team will review your request and assess if it meets the criteria outlined in this policy. We may require additional information, such as screenshots, error messages, or descriptions of any technical issues you’re encountering.
- Resolution or Refund: If your issue can be resolved (e.g., through technical support or corrections to the 3D model), we will work with you to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will proceed with the refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Fees and Costs
Refunds will generally be provided in full, except in cases where:
- Work has commenced: If work on the 3D model has already begun but is incomplete, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of the work completed.
- Transaction Fees: Any transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable, unless otherwise mandated by law.
There are no additional fees for initiating a refund request.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Some services provided by Megatekton are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscription fees for hosting or maintenance of 3D models (unless there has been an interruption of service or failure to deliver).
- Consultation or design planning fees that have already been executed.
